Before we start shooting, watch this intro. We'll then talk about the gear needed, the importance of a cell phone tour, and what your mindset needs to be.

In these lessons I show you how to shoot the living room, kitchen, and dining room.

In these videos I'll show you how to shoot a master bed and bath. I'll also shoot the study, mudroom, and small powder room.

In preparation for going upstairs, we'll shoot the entryway and staircase and then shoot the catwalk landing in the 2nd floor. We'll then shoot everything else in the 2nd floor, including the bedrooms, bath, laundry, and play den.

As we head to the basement we see another opportunity in the entryway. Once we transition down to the basement we'll then shoot the main landing in the basement, the main entertainment area, a yoga studio, a small powder and laundry along with some guest rooms. We'll also shoot an in-home theater.

Let's shoot some details to really show off this home. And then let's head outside! We've got a casita, an outdoor patio, and of course we need to shoot our drone footage.
